Advice on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies and representation of people burdened with debt so that they can achieve a financial “fresh start.”.

Her representation of people who have suspended or revoked driver’s licenses includes advice and assistance in becoming reinstated or in obtaining limited driving privileges prior to reinstatement.

Making claims of employees who have been injured on the job so that they can obtain medical treatment and payment for medical expenses, compensation for time missed from work and payment for any permanent injury that may be the result of a work related accident or illness.

Making claims for those who have been injured through the negligence of someone else e.g. auto accidents, slip and fall cases, and other matters resulting in injury. Ms. Laughland offers contingency fee arrangements such that there is no fee if there is no recovery.

The resolution of family law issues with the idea of bringing an end to costly and time-consuming litigation.
